And you probably did it many times,  without ever reading a single word . These are adhesion contracts -  one-sided agreements where the institution holds all the power, and you are presumed to agree by virtue of your behaviour. What Is Joinder? In law, joinder simply means two parties are linked in a matter. In commerce, it’s the process of attaching you (the living being) to the ALL CAPS legal person, the fiction that can be taxed, fined, and bound by contracts.
